So I wasn't receiving any messages today, so I went to log into BIS to resend my service books, and see if that would help. I got this message: "Your account has been suspended. Please contact the system administrator."
Now with the exception of calling support, which I just tried, and they were closed, is there anything I can do to try and get this to work?
The only recent thing that's happened is on the 1st I had them put me on the BIS only plan, but everything has worked since, and data (except email) works now.
EDIT: Called the International Global Roaming support, and they got it sorted out for me.
