Hello,

I have VX6700 and I just got my VZ pearl as its replacement.the only problem is that it is not activated. Instead my od phone still works. anyways, I am under gov. contract. when i called VZ phone activation number the lady from the other side told me that i am not listed as authorize POC so she cant activate my phone. there are morethan 500 employees in my organization. I am not sure who is the POC at my organization. can anyone please tell me how i can find out the name of that person. or is there any CSR who can help me with activation?

If you're not authorized, you can't do it. No CSR will do it for you. I'm sure your company has some kind of a Help Desk system or Information Systems department that can do it for you. You'll need to do a little research into your company. Do you have a company laptop? If so, who services it for you?
