I've been having intermittent trouble getting emails or accessing the internet recently, so I called Customer Care at TMO. She found that there IS a known network issue in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Plano, and surrounding issues - reporting that users of BB and Sidekick (and some TZones devices) may not be able to access internet or email periodically.

Currently I can't even get a GPRS (in all caps) at all - I'm on hold waiting for Tier 2 support to see if there's anything we can do (trying to rule out a problem on my end).

I am in Orange County CA and I just spoke to tmobile about the same thing. If I try to go to a www it tells me that i dont have tzones and it will cost me $ if I want to sign up. I have the bb service that covers www but it still doesnt work. I am now waiting for tier 3 to call me back.
