Default Removing emaill account not listed on BIS

Please Login to Remove!

My VZW.blackberry.net account was transferred to my new BB when I swapped devices. I am now on ATT. This address is obviously not supported nor is it listed in my BIS account.

How do I delete this account?

Thanks

Log into your old VZW BIS page and delete it.

That doesn't work. VZW account has been closed for a few months.

I would call VZW then and inform them of your problem and see if they can delete it.

How can a VZW account transfer to a ATT Blackberry with a different PIN? It's not active, it's just there. I could work around it, I've hidden the icon but nonetheless it's still on my BB. I thought there'd be an easier fix to just delete it from my BB.

A verizon account shouldn't transfer to the BB. You could try deleting the Service Book for the account.
