Thanks so much for the welcome. No, there aren't any filters which move mail around, everything straight to the inbox in OWA/Exchange.
I did find some torn pages in the Exchange database, which I've just repaired, but I don't think that has anything to do with this, as BIS just looks at what I look at when pulling down from OWA.
I'm also assuming that BIS pulls down just like my Outlook which is using POP3 retrieval and doesn't use the Exchange connection. Neither my Outlook or OWA is having any type of issue. The mails (some of them) just simply never get to the BB. I thought that perhaps it might be the timing of when I check the OWA or the Outlook, but I had all machines off the past two days (travelling for pleasure), but only had one mail hit the BB, while when I checked via OWA last night, there were 20 which should be on the BB.
Funny thing is, this just started a couple of weeks ago, up until then, all was well.
