Default SQL Server Replication

If I replicate the UK Server UKBESMGMT Database with the New York BlackBerry Server and vice versa, will it automatically show up on the server manager?

My reason for not creating one single db? Well our UK Line is fast but so much data is transferred between the 2 offices that having another process to it would probably slow it down tremendously.

Performing a merge replication on sql seems to be a good idea.....I am open to suggestions.
