|  lotus webacess configuration help needed

i am trying to acess my lotus web acess in blackberry from desktop
The web aceess url is in the format eg- 176.249.1.1:8090/mail/maibox.nsf
i can acess it from browser but it come " an error occured during.. please chek ur email.."
I had cut and paste the same in browser and i can acess. im using lotus webacess7, can some one help
