I have a current plan that needs to be completely redone. I'm going to be using 7 BBs and 2 regular cells. I'm also using BES for data connection. Trying to figure out the best plan w/ Verizon is a nightmare. What do you guys suggest I signup with plan wise? I want the unlimited data and at least 4k minutes of voice usage. The Verizon local reps don't know their butt from a hole in the ground as far as Business plans go. I figure you guys would know best! Thx in advance for all your help!

Will 4000 minutes cover 9 phones (444 minutes per phone).

Shared minutes 4k should be fine. I'm just having trouble understanding exactly what contract I need. The 4k $189.99 month + $5 per additional line (Nationwide Email for Business Plan) and add the $44.99 Unlimited Data to each BB? The local people said I would be better off using some kind of personal family plan that didn't make sense to me.

Next day I went to local store, they didn't know what was going on (Friday). Next day (Yesterday) I called Business solutions again. They told me a rep would be in touch later in the day. Here I am. We are under contract w/ Verizon so I can't switch carriers so I'm trying to figure out exactly what I need so I can just do it myself online since Verizon seems to not care about a $500 month customer. Monopolies suck.

I think you need to call back and explain this exactly and tell them you would like to talk with someone "NOW" since no one will return your calls.
