Default Change telephone company - BIS service

Please Login to Remove!

I have a blackberry 8100 with a contract in UK, with O2.
I had the BIS service on with them.

but now I am using a telefonica SIM card in the blackberry (the telephone runs without unlock) but i want to use the BIS service in Spain as well..

I have called to O2 to unsuscribe my PIN and IMEI with them, and now it is unsuscribed but I can´t create the new account with Telefonica....

Do you have any advice?

thanks in advance.

Register the BlackBerry device on the wireless network.

1. On the BlackBerry device, click Options.
2. If you are running BlackBerry Device Software 3.6 or 3.7, clickNetwork.

If you are running BlackBerry Device Software 3.7.1 through 4.0.2, click Host Routing Table.

If you are running BlackBerry Device Software 4.1, click Advanced Options > Host Routing Table.
3. Click the trackwheel and select Register Now. Your device is now registered.

Call your carrier make sure you talk the Blackberry/PDA team so they can check the RIM Relay tool, you have to be active there and as well on the Blackberry Provisioning Tool. If that does not work have them create a BIS account for you on their end.
