For testing purposes I need to keep it in the 4.1 OS. I have toggled between the two available OS' and I seem to get the same result: **Empty** in service books. I have pinged for a registration and got no messages back for the past like 2 hours. Cleared RMS, reset device (as best is possible), restarted the device ... I can't seem to get it to show up. I've been switching SIM's to see if anything pops up, same result. Anyone know if there is a way to manually apply service books?

I don't know about pinging for service books, but if you are on BIS, go to your Sprint BIS site and resend.

And how do you "toggle" between OSs?

model doesn't matter, same solution.
8700c and g are the same anyway, just different carriers released them.
