I got a BB and I am a T-mobile user with unlimited Web & Walk price plan

When I will connect to the office email Will I have some extra costs or all will be covered by my unlimited Web & Walk?

If you connect with your office BES, all should be covered--data wise. All excepot maybe SMS messages, etc.

If you ONLY have a webnwalk plan, you will won't get everything covered.

If I connect using my office IT, the data plan Web & Walk should cover any data tarnsfer, with the exception of any phone call, SMS, etc...

While if I will create a non office email I will have to change my price plan in BB one.

Let me ask again, will you be connecting with your office BES? If so, you should have 10 additional personal BIS accounts you can add to that. If I am wrong, someone here should correct me. If that is the case, you won't need the webnwalk plan.

The IT department should set all, including the "Enterprise Activation Password" that I presume is the BES.

I have another problem as look like the BB is not able to read word, Excel or PDF file.
Do I have to install any application?
