So that rules out 8120 and TMO
Looks like its a US thing
Will see what happens when RIM restore service to us in EU
Mine is still down as I type!

Yeah, I've looked all over Google and can't find anywhere that says what the hell this "wireless Upgrade" even is. I'm not going to download it (no data plan yet) until I even know what is it.

Nothing yet. If you clikc on it you will a message saying that no updates are available. I imagine that in the future, instead of having to download a new OS to your PC and install it, you will be able to upgrade the software OTA, hence being called wireless upgrade.
