Default Cannot receive email

Please Login to Remove!

I have a user that has not been able to receive email on his Blackberry 7100i since we changed ISP's last week (Our public IP changed). His company email gets forwarded to his blackberry. I have the same phone and do not have any problems. Any ideas?
