Okay, I'm at a total loss here. Here is what I'm dealing with.
-Two email accounts (gmail.com and att.blackberry.net)
-Neither of them are receiving email on the device however the gmail account receives the emails on the pc in both gmail and outlook.
-Upgraded OS a couple of days ago, since then email has not gone through
-Received email yesterday stating that my gmail account needed to be validated on the BIS. Logged into BIS and validated, received message stating that gmail account was registered, received a handful of emails again at that time, none since.
-resent service books from BIS and host routing table
-deleted service books and resent again from BIS
-deleted gmail account within BIS and recreated
-numerous battery pulls
Can anyone think of anything I'm missing? All service books are showing up in the list, after deleting and resending. I'm completely confused, there has got to be something I'm missing.
