I am using a new Verizon Blackberry 7250 with BES 4.0 In Options I can change the default browser to Blackberry or Internet. Likewise I can use the "b" hotkey to toggle beween Blackberry or Internet browsers.

What are fuctional differences between the Blackberry Browser and the Internet Browser. What are optimum settlngs. I don't need a lot of graphic images.

Hi. The Blackberry Browser is only used to access your local Intranet (since you are on a BES you get this Browser). The Internet Browser is use to access the Internet. Also, if you want to get better loading times on the Internet Browser, click the Internet Browser Icon, Click the Trackwheel so the Menu pops up, go to Options, Browser Configuration, and make sure that next to Emulation Mode it says Blackberry. If it is set to Microsoft IE emulation mode it will load more pictures, java, etc., making load times quite a bit slower than using the Blackberry emulation mode.

What is the differences between the emulations (other then image displaying diff)?
