Angry BlackBerry Dispatcher service won't start

Please Login to Remove!

On Friday we started to have major problems with out BES server. All BlackBerry's on our server were unable to send or receive messages. I went to the server and saw the Dispatcher service wasn't running. I tried to start it and received an error saying, "Windows could not start the BlackBerry Dispatcher on Local Computer. For more information, review the System Even Log. If this is a non-Microsoft service, contact the service vendor and refer to service-specific error code 5608. I did some research and saw if I upgraded to 4.1 service pack 5 this issue would be cleared up. I updated to service pack 6 and I still have the problem. I copied the database folder to our SQL server and ran the cmd line commands to migrate the database and I still have the error.

The other errors I see in my Event Log on my BES are:
"BIPPeClient:Connect:Error calling host "server"
"[BIPP] Connection failed"
"BIPPeClient:Connect:Error calling host "localhost"
"[BIPPe] WARNING: Using default BIPP shared secret"
and one about running the database config tool.

I've tried numerous things to try and get the service running again but nothing has worked. Does anyone have any other ideas for me?
