Hi folks

I have a Blackberry curve 8310 and I use it here in Indonesia. The issue is the following:

I was using one provider's AT&T and T-mobile in US and now I would like to use Telkomsel service

When I try registering with my Blackberry's PIN, it says it is already registered though. How do I get it off of their records so I can register with Telkomsel?

Any ideas?

You must contact the original provider (AT&T or T-Mobile) and ask them to release the PIN from BIS so you can register it on Telkomsel.

Hi NJblackberry, i have the same issue. How can i contact T-mobile to realease my pin number. I wanna use it in colombia but my pin in not registered here. I wanna change the service provider to TIGO.
