Default Decryption Error Message. WTH?

Please Login to Remove!

I keep getting a message box on my screen which reads "Decryption error. Please regenerate key". Can anyone help by telling me what this means, and what I should do? How do I regenerate my key? (Sounds kinda sassy.)

If the key is out of date, cradling the device with Desktop Manager running should automatically ask you to generate a new key. If not, go to Redirector Settings/Security to do it manually.

I also had this problem. Here was my experience (I could be wrong, but here is what I saw).

I only got this message when receiving a PIN to PIN message. I also only got this message when a certain one of my friends sent me a PIN message. What I believe the problem to be is the way his BES setup his Blackberry. I believe that his BB is setup to encrypt PIN messages. I do not use a BES, and specifically HIS BES, therefore I cannot decrypt his messages.

Like I said, I could be wrong, but no matter how many times I connected to Desktop Manager, it didn't help, and it only happens when receiving PIN messages from him.
