I'm on BIS, but since I got several filters and folders on my Outlook I decided to forward all emails of my corp account to my bb email address.

Till now it works ok (havent tested with the filters thing but I assume it will work, since it forwards them prior to delivery to user mailbox, right?) but my concern is that I will be receiving my inbox twice. I have left my actual corp email account on my BB (its over OWA) since I want to send emails from that email address, but thats all.

Is there a way to leave the account on, so that i send emails from that address but receive only my BB.com email account ( that receives the forwards from corp email??)

You can set up a filter on your BIS site, if I understand you correctly.

I got 2 email accs on BIS, one which is my corporate and one windr.blackberry.com. I chose the corp one not to forward emails to device, so that I receive emails from the bb.com one but I can still send emails from corporate account, am i right?

Yes as long as it is registered on the BIS Site you should still be able to send from that account, just not receive.
