Not sure if this is the best place to ask this but here it goes.....
One of my users is claiming that calls made to him have not reached his Blackberry although a ringing tone has been heard by the caller. They do not show up in the call log on the Blackberry itself either (although could obviously have been deleted by the user himself before I saw the handset).
However, they do show in the BES log. I would therefore appreciate any thoughts as to whether it is likely that the calls would be registered in the BES logs but not actually reach the phone. Or whether it is more likely that the user did not wish to take the call and is attempting to blame a faulty phone (not knowing that the BES itself has logs also).
The Blackberry device in question was my own device until a short while ago and was functioning perfectly until then.
Any opinions, thoughts etc would be gratefully received. Many thanks,
