Default Personal email setup icon - 12-15-2008, 05:10 PM

I have a Blackberry 8820 over AT&T and the personal email setup icon is missing. I know typically this is because I need to be on the right data plan to have it pushed to the device. But I have already verified with AT&T that my account is set up properly. The icon is not set to be hidden either.

I am not sure what I should tell AT&T to check for. Can they do some kind of a reset to get it pushed out again?

Thanks

You can ask them to push your service books again. That may do it.

Treat your password like your toothbrush. Don't let anybody else use it, and get a new one every six months.
