Default ATT BIS site

Please Login to Remove!

I have just switched from Tmobile to ATT, with Tmobile, I can access my BIS site when I logon to my Tmobile account.

However, with ATT, I think I have to go to this site if I am not mistaken BlackBerry Internet Service to change my signature or setup filters.

I have used my Bold to setup email account, but I would like to login to the ATT BIS site from my PC to change setting, when I try to logon to the site, it tells me I have invalid username and password, when I tried to request password sent to me, it tells me I dont have a username and password setup, but when I tried to create new account, it tells me an account with my PIN is already exists. I bought this phone brand new from Best Buy Mobile.

Can someone please tell me what did I do wrong?

Thanks.

Sounds like the PIN is locked to another account. Was the box sealed when you got it?

I would bet someone pop a SIM in it to try and locked the PIN to an account. You can call your carrier and see if they will release it. If not you will have to contact the person that sold it to you.

ATT will do an account reset. You will loose the service books to your BB, meaning you will have to resetup the email address.
Also if you configured the email accounts from the phone, you have to go into the phone and create a user name and password. Using the phone to setup email in BIS automatically creates you an account and password but just doesn't tell it to you. I ran into an issue where I setup my BIS from my phone and then everything went wrong and I needed new service books. I couldn't access the BIS from the phone because the browser wasn't working because of the service books and I couldn't access BIS from a computer because I had already setup an account on the phone just didn't know the password or user name. This forced me to call my carrier and they could either send me the service books and then I could create a username/pswrd or just did an account reset.
