I have just switched from Tmobile to ATT, with Tmobile, I can access my BIS site when I logon to my Tmobile account.
However, with ATT, I think I have to go to this site if I am not mistaken BlackBerry Internet Service
to change my signature or setup filters.
I have used my Bold to setup email account, but I would like to login to the ATT BIS site from my PC to change setting, when I try to logon to the site, it tells me I have invalid username and password, when I tried to request password sent to me, it tells me I dont have a username and password setup, but when I tried to create new account, it tells me an account with my PIN is already exists. I bought this phone brand new from Best Buy Mobile.
Can someone please tell me what did I do wrong?
