Unhappy Can see Web Client folders but not Exchange folders

Please Login to Remove!

Have a Cingular 7100g connected to my firm's Exchange server. Also use the Web Client to get Gmail in my BB Message List. Everything was fine. Now when I go to file a message I can only see the Web Client folders, not the Exchange Folders. Settings seem to be okay (folder redirection, etc.).

If I have to choose, I'd rather just have my Exchange folders (don't care that much about getting my Gmail on my BB b/c can use Gmail Mobile).

Looked through the FAQs and related posts. Lots about setting up both Web Client and Exchange, but not about my issue or disabling Web Client once its set up.

Can someone help? Thanks in advance.

Ok, wiped handheld, reinstalled everything, activated Enterprise, and Exchange folders via BES are back (man, Enterprise activation took FOREVER!). Also, prior to reinstall, went to BB/Cingular Web Client page and pointed Web Client to my old 7280 to ensure I'm just dealing with BES on my 7100g.

Really would like to receive Gmail via Web Client on 7100g, but need to be able to access Exchange folders for work. I've done a bunch of searches here and on BB's knowledge site about accessing both BES and Web Client folders (or at least controlling which ones I can access, if I have to choose), but can't find anything. My firm's IT dept is no help. Maybe I'm missing obvious. Can someone help me, or point me to a thread/info here or at some other site, so I can figure this one out?

Thanks.

I had the same issue with both my 7100 and 7290 - either I could only see the exchange or I could only see the webclient folders. I tried everything I could think of, from resetting and renaming the BWC account to resetting teh exchang account.

I upgraded to 4.0.2 rogers software and for the first time I can see both, and it is working as I always wanted to.

Thanks. Hmmm, haven't tried to make this work since loading Cingular's newest OS version. Will give it a go again and hope for similar success. Much appreciated.
