Default How do I access BIS from my computer (att.blackberry.com not working)

I registered my personal email from my BB Bold.. However, I would like to log into the BIS and manage the mailbox from there as well, but when I signed up from the device, it didn't ask me to create a username or password. It just asked me for my personal email and the password for it and it was all set and done.

I tried creating a new account at att.blackberry.com and after putting in my PIN and IMEI number, it said it was registered with another carrier. ???

BlackBerry Internet Service gets me to the AT&T login page, can go any further though ;)

Do you rememebr the user name and p/w you used when you set up your email on the BB? That should be your BIS log in info.

If this is not a new BB from your current provider then the BB might have already have a BIS account on the old provider.

Nevermind. I figured it out. I was signing into BIS securely from the device but saw the option to create a username for desktop access.
