Default can I check BIS logs? - 04-13-2009, 04:52 PM

I have a blackberry user who is not receiving email sporadically on her blackberry. The emails show up in her mailbox on the server but BIS does not pull them.

There are no filters set up on her account.

Is there any way to go through BIS logs for a specific account?

thanks!

You can't check BIS logs. I believe the user may be impacted by the outage.

Did this just happen today, or is it an ongoing issue?
