As a temp fix while you work on this issue, you can advise the users to use the "Internet Browser" instead of the "BlackBerry Browser" then when the issue is resolved, force the users to the "BlackBerry Browser" via IT Policy. So they can use their BlackBerry to browse the internet, unless this is company policy of course.
Open the Browser -> hit the menu key and choose options, Browser Options, Browser: change that option.
For the first time I feel the future might hold something different for me. It's possible I'm fooling myself but I'm willing to take the risk.
