I cant connect to BIS with wi fi.I can surf the internet so i am connected on wi fi hot spot.I have data plan and it works perfectly but when i turn the mobile network off and try to connect with wi fi i cant receive e mails and use messenger.my wi fi connection is not bold , it is grey and in service status i can see i am not connected on BIS.my girlfriend have same kind of blackberry( BOLD) and with heirs it works perfectly.so please help me.i did everything ,turning on off, pulling battery and all things I have found on forums.thanks in advance

So... are you and GF both connected to the same WiFi service?

I have data plan and it works perfect but when i want connect via wi fi it doesnt want to connect to BIS.I can surf the net with browser but my wi fr sign is grey not white.and I can not send emails and use messenger.please help me ,and as I said I have data plan.

and yes me and my girlfriend are on the same Wi fi service.her phone works perfect
