Hey guys! I am currently on AT&T BIS, and I was just wondering how do I transfer my BIS onto another blackberry? Do I have to change the device registered at the att.blackberry.com? the thing is I do not have the login for this service. Thanks in advance!

No! I am just trying to put my old service onto my new Blackberry. When I put my sim card in, I can use the service just for one minute, and after that no more service. does it mean that I have to update the Pin and the device info on the BIS account? How can I log in to this account? at&t never provide me with any infos about this. Thanks!

The new BB needs to be properly provisioned by T-Mo with the correct service books and a BIS account established, by T-Mo.

Your profile says you are on T-Mo. As said above you cannot transfer your BIS account from ATT to T-Mo. You have to start all over again. And if you were using the ATT supplied email address, that will be lost as it cannot carry over either.

Don't worry about my profile. I canceled my tmobile service and sign up with att instead. So, what should I do to get my BIS account work? thanks

You need to create an AT&T BIS account and add the Email accounts you want to the device.
