Default not able to send own servicebooks no more? - 09-18-2009, 04:08 PM

Hi guys.. long time no see

I've noticed i'm unable to send the servicebooks to my own device no more from my carrier's BIS - has anybody else noticed this?

What is being upgraded?
RIM servers are being upgraded to BIS version 2.7. This is not a huge leap for the end-user, and you will observe very little difference in your BIS service, except to the Help screen. To see the differences in your BIS service after the upgrade, you will likely need to resend your Service Books (or even delete those in your Options > Advanced > Service Books and then do a resend).

The improved Help screen is designed to allow the following:

Send service books will be linked direct from the Help Screen.
Open the BlackBerry HELP web site on the BlackBerry smartphone
Contact information for wireless service providers
Access BlackBerry® Answers

Sure enough.. its there!!!
