I purchased a bb pearl 8100 from a store in Canada. I went to my cell phone provider and when they went to insert a SIM card it asked for a PUK number. I have called T-Mobile and they were unable to help me. When I called RIM it charges you for their technical support. So I guess all I am wondering is if I can in fact use a T-Mobile phone on the Bell Network, and what the HECK a PUK code is and how to get it. Thanks!
