Default Help Needed..

Please Login to Remove!

My 2yr-old got ahold of my phone and now whenever I go to get a message, there is nothing there. It simply says no messages. The only way I can view my messages is from choosing the option to go to the SMS Folder.. I'd really like to just be able to access my messages when I click on the message icon. I've spent so much time trying to figure this issue out, I'm blue in the face and frustrated..

Any help on this matter is GREATLY appreciated...

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help,

L

Can you be more specific. Do you still have the message icon on your BB.

Default Regarding my post..

Yes, I still have the icon there, and it will show the message alert when I get a text, but when I click on the icon, it says no messages, until I go to the specific SMS Folder and there I can finally access my txts...

Open up the messages, hit the menu key and go to options. Under Inbox settings, check to see if it's set to show SMS/MMS.
