Hi, I dont know where to post this and so I guess I will post here and hope for some help. I just bought a used blackberry 8900 and it wont let me set up email. It wants me to activate something called enterprise server.

I put in my email and a password but it says it is not the correct pin number. I do not understand what it wants and how do I fix this?
I hope someone can help me with this.

Do you have a BlackBerry Data plan on your wireless service account? If not, that is why you can't set up email. Enterprise server is only for corporate users on a specific type of BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES.)

I do have a data plan but it keeps wanting an activation pin or code?
I dont know how to get that?

A BB data plan doesn't require any pin or code. If you have the plan then go to the Setup Internet Email icon and add your email. If you have no plan then that icon won't exist.
