Question UK - BB Messenger network slow?

Has anyone else in the UK (specifically the South) had any issues with the BB Messenger service in the last few days?

It seems very slugish with messages arriving hours after being sent.

Yeah, overhere in the Netherlands most of the people has also that problem. But the provider such as T-Mobile don't know anything about this problem.. :s
