|  PIN Messages Logging - A bug or by design ?

I have been ask to investigate PIN messages logging. The basic logging of PIN-to-PIN messages seem to work fine but I found something that concerns me. If I do a Forward As PIN on an e-mail it doesn't log. Is there a good reason for that or is it a bug ? We have 4.1.7 MR2.
