Chat with blackberry user, without using a blackberry device?
 

Hi folks,

I'm in Panama. Cable & Wireless users here with blackberries can chat amongst themselves on their blackberries free of charge (i'm not sure what it is called, but everyone here uses it). I don't have a blackberry myself, but i'm wondering if there's a way to hook into those chat networks via a Jabber client or something like that.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks a ton!

They are using BBM (a.k.a. Blackberry Messenger). It only connects with other BBM users AFAIK.
