Default bought a 7100 off ebay..

Please Login to Remove!

ok so i buy a 7100 off ebay just got it...its made for tmobile and i have cingular, but its unlocked. i've been looking around but cant get the browser to work..i filed in the tcp info but dont know what else to do. this is my first blackberry phone i had a razr but didnt like it so im a newbie with blackberrys so any help?

Have you signed up for the BlackBerry Data Plan on your Cingular account?

Then you bought yourself a phone. Without a BlackBerry Data Plan, you will have voice and SMS only.

ok...so the only way touse the browser is with the BlackBerry Data Plan? even if i get a media package?

Yes. The only want to use the browser (or get e-mail, the real reason for getting a BB) is to get the BlackBerry Data Plan. Media Works does nothing.

We've answered this question many, many times.

Is there a hack to enable web browsing on 7100t without BB data plan?

No. There are no "hacks" for a BlackBerry. To hack, you would need a Palm.

If you want data you must have the BlackBerry Data Plan. End of story.
