cant connect to BIS
Hey guys! I urgently need help to solve this issue.

I'm currently using a Sprint Blackberry Bold 9650, which I have no issues connecting to the BIS for the past month, just 2 days back I lost access to my BIS and went over to my Telco to inquire this issue I faced, apparently my SIM card works with other BB and so the issue lies with my phone.

My phone is unlocked just for your information, is this something to do with the engineering screen? Since my friend did access it afew days back. Need some pointers here! Thanks!

Have you tried a battery pull?

Resent service books?

Registered using the host routing table?

Called your carrier for tech support?

yes i tried all except, what's resent service books?

Go to the Email Settings icon on the device.
Log in.
Press the Menu Button.
Select Service Book.
Click Send Service Books.

Also, are you on Sprint or are you using the device on a different carrier as indicated in your forum profile?
