| | Help needed on downloading a .cod

It's my first message here, and I don't know if I'm in the right section. So if this not the case, please forgive me and move it to the related section. Thank you.
I have to make an application available online for my company for BB users with admin rights on their smartphone.
The application is working correctly and has been tested and deployed on many devices on various simulators provided by RIM.
I have created a web page with the donwload link pointing to the .jad file and put the .jad in the same directory than the .cod files. I also have modified the httpd.conf file and set the mime types::
AddType text/vnd.sun.j2me.app-descriptor .jad
AddType application/vnd.rim.cod .cod
AddType application/java-archive .jar
However, when I go to my website, it starts to download but stops after a short while and I don't know what I missed. what is strange is that it firts ask me to save the .jad file on my device, then I need to open it so it can download the .cod. On other applications I have downloaded/installed previously the links I've used were also pointing to the .jad file, but I never had to save it anywhere, the download was strating straight away. That's the first abnormal behavior I have noticed.
Then, as I said the following error message is displayed :
907 Invalid COD
HTTP 406 error: Not accepted
What I have noticed is that one of the file is larger than the 64k, is that normal ?
Here is the content of my .jad file :
Created-By: 10.0-b23 (Sun Microsystems Inc.)
MIDlet-1: MYAPPLICATION, /icons/icon.png, com.companyB.solution
Ant-Version: Apache Ant 1.6.5
Can you please help me on that matter, as I don't know where else to search ?
Thanks a lot in advance
