Exclamation Urgent Help With BIS!

Ok here's the situation

I purchased my BB storm 2 9550 in the US which was from Verizon but its unlocked.

I currently reside in Tanzania, East Africa where there's a carrier called TiGO that provides BIS. Problem is I think there's still some Verizon settings that prevent my BB from interacting with the Tanzanian ones. I found a possible way to tackle this by changing the SIP User ID and MIP User ID in the CDMA Service edit screen, however the difficulty is obtaining the correct IDs, my only solution is to get them from someones Blackberry Curve (not sure about the model) who has the same carrier and has BIS. I need to know the MSL password for that blackberry curve in order to obtain that information, or if there are any other alternate ways I could obtain that information from that BB Curve.

I did call the service providers here in Tanzania but they have no clue on whats going on and aren't really helping much.

What is the problem exactly?

Is your carrier GSM or CDMA? If GSM, see the sticky at the top of the 9500 on how toy use a 9500 on AT&T and T-Mobile in the US. That might give you some insight into how to make it work.

Was it purchased new or used?

Did you use it on the Verizon network?

Did you cancel your BIS account along with the voice account?

The Carrier is CDMA
It was purchased new and I did not use it on Verizon network
In the SIP User ID and MIP User ID its written (my#) and i'm pretty sure I just need to change the to something else that is applicable with the carriers here, I just need to find that address from another Blackberry Device.

There is nothing in my HRT and everytime I register, nothing happens probably because of the mismatched settings.
