BIS - sync calendar & Contacts??
 

A friend was telling me her blackberry doesn't work properly. On asking a bit more she said we have the Blackberry Internet Server which just doesn’t do the job correctly. We get our emails but it doesn’t sync with Outlook contacts and calendar.

I know nothing about the server side of things, should they be able to sync calendar and contacts?

Not with Outlook.
BIS with Outlook will only provide wireless email delivery.

ok cheers, do they need to buy something on the server to get cal and contacts??
