We are experiencing a BlackBerry service issue impacting some subscribers in the EMEA region.
The incident is impacting Europe, Middle East, Africa, India and a few carriers from the LATAM region who connect to the EMEA Relay.
This issue has been affecting BlackBerry services since approximately 10:58 GMT on 11th October 2011 for approximately 50% of subscribers.
Some BlackBerry subscribers are experiencing delays in sending or receiving messages, or using other services such as Internet browsing or instant messaging.
All relevant support and executive teams have been engaged are working to resolve the issue.

There is no estimated time to resolution (ETTR) at this time.
