Default BIS with two different air-time providers?

Please Login to Remove!

I have a BB 9900 that I took out with Vodafone UK. All worked fine, including BIS. I live in France, and when there, I put my Virgin Mobile France SIM card in. Blackberry ID registered, but no BIS (so no BBM, email etc.). Cannot log onto Virgin mobile France's blackberry internet service website. Neither Vodafone UK nor Virgin Mobile France are of any help whatsoever. Any ideas?

Default Re: BIS with two different air-time providers?

You can only have one active BIS account at a time. To use with another carrier, you will first need to CANCEL your BIS account with the first before activating with the second.
