Default BWC with MSN email account problems

I just purchased a t-mobile service plan and BB with the BWC plan($29.99 a month).

Is it true that I can not forward [email address] email account to my BB? As I understand it Yahoo Plus email accounts and other web based email work but my MSN/hotmail Plus account does not support POP3 forwarding. I am not looking to use the Redirect software that is bundled with the BB since I am unable to guarantee uninterrupted internet connection to my Laptop. Thanks for any info on my problem
