Very very new blackberry user here... I *was* fairly sure I understood how things worked until ... they broke about 2 days ago.

I'm receiving e-mails on my handheld from someone sending them directly to my blackberry.net e-mail address. This is good.. this is the way it's supposed to work. Up until the 10th these messages, which were first received on my handheld would show up on the webclient (I'm on Cingular so I go to cingular.com/blackberrystart and log in there) now.. they don't, even though I've received and replied to several messages on my handheld and still have those messages on my handheld they're not on the webclient.

So... I guess what I'm asking is... if someone sends me something to my @blackberry.net address and I read them on my blackberry shouldn't they show up on the webclient too?

Yeah, they should. Is your webclient mailbox full?

Also, I don't have a single thing in my sent folder... should items I send from the handheld show up in the sent folder on the webclient.

Go to Options at the BIS Cingular website.

Go to Profile, Change handheld - make sure that your PIN in in there... if yes then resend your BIS service book... Restart your BB and let me know what happens...

sent items only save if you have that option selected (it's under options in your BIS site)

strange question...have you clicked the small orange error in the top right hand corner to make sure your on the last page? sometimes when you go to your inbox it doesn't go to the last page of messages

also, under options set your "veiwing options" to 500 - then 500 messages are shown per page for your BIS account
