Exclamation help needed

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,
I have bought a Vodafone 7100v here in Toronto but I have a problem using my browser. I get a message says “your device does not currently have any browser configuration book entries, please contact your service provider to enable the browser on your device”. So I did call my provider “Fido” but they told me that I have to contact blackberry and get the browser settings to resolve this issue. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me with this problem.

thanx

Go to your BlackBerry web account on your pc through your carrier's site and resend the service books.

7100v browser setting needed

Same answer as a few days ago. I don't believe Fido supports the BB, so you will have no browser.

Oh sorry. I didn't see "Fido". I was going on the assumption that the poster was using Vodafone.
