This might seem like a silly question to some, but im wondering if it is possible to have both BEZ and BWC working on the same device.

I got my BB 7130e a while ago, and had the option to be put on bez, or bwc. Due to the problems with having a dedicated PC at the office, i ended up using BWC.

Now i have a PC at the office, and could run on BEZ with no issues. Only thing Id rather not change my Email.

When it originally was set up, i had them set it up on bez for a bit to test, then i ended signing up to BWC at home to see the differences. The result was me able to recieve emails from both accounts, (BWC and BEZ). But i couldnt send email. But i think i found the problem, and it might be able to be resolved.

Any idea if this is possible or should i simply just get my email switched to the office email and then redo Business cards and everything else.

Yes it can, you do not need to change your email address, just forward your mail from the BES to your BB. However, I would never put a personal BB on a company BES. You will face IT Policies that in the first place will restrict certain things like where you can go what software you can dd, whether you can use bluetooth, etc. More importantly once there is an IT policy on the BB it will never be able to be removed, at best it can be replaced with a default one but you will face all sorts of issues, trust me I know. If the company needs you to have a BB let them supply it, you will not gain anything worth your while. Specially if you have managed to live this long without having been on it.
