Default IPP service book

Please Login to Remove!

I am experiencing error ' could not find a service book entry for IPPP' on a 7730 device v 4.0.2. I do not receive this error on another device connected to the same BES although this device has the service book listed.

How do you copy or force down service book entries?

Advice much appreciated

IPPP is the service book used for surfing the Internet thru MDS. Find the user in question and make sure that MDS is enabled for them and then the Service book should be sent down

You positive? I thought BIBS service book gave you the browser and IPPP was more for 3rd party apps.
