I have a question. Is there a way to sync my email on my outlook and the email on my blackberry so that when i delete an email or mark an email as read on either my blackberry or on my outlook they would sync with each other. I setup the desktop redirector, but that really doesn't seem to do the trick. Thanks for any info.

Yes. BIS 2.0 will do what you want. However Cingular is not yet on the new BIS. Hopefully they will upgrade June 5th.

w/ BIS 2.0 sync is only 1way - BlackBerry to your account
if your account is Exchange or IMAP it will do what you want (or if you use mail connector)
