Default problem with blackberry and gmail

Please Login to Remove!

So my gmail account has always forwarded without an issue on my 7105t and now on my 8700g. Well, for the last 2 days my blackberry has said "data connection refused" and no matter what I did, I could not get it off. (I tried turning wireless off and back on; turning the phone off and back on; resetting the phone by removing the battery, etc.) I guess it was a network problem because about an hour ago I got all my emails from last night and today and all features are now working again.

Here is my problem. I got an email from blackberry saying that my gmail acct is no longer accessible by my handheld. It says that this has most likely been caused by a 'recent change to the password used to access this account,' but my password is still the same. I logged into my gmail from a computer and it says that forwarding is still properly enabled, etc. Then I went into setup internet email on my bb and tried to 'validate' the gmail address. It says 'unable to validate, please check the information.' Well, I re-entered the password and all the information and it is 100% correct, but the bb disagrees.

Has anyone experienced this?? Any suggestions??

TIA

I have had that problem before and I've just left the offending addresses off and checked them from a pc. When I have re-added them, I didn't get the errors anymore. I don't remember what I did to get them to work but it did.

Any time I've had "data connection refused" it was carrier related. Once I was in a different cell, or it got cleared up, a reset yielded a fixed problem...for what that's worth...

Data connection refused is network related issue. If for example the APN on the SIM card has been take off not not applied in the firt place, also when your in bad coverage. Data connection refused is in a nutshell no PDP connectivivty or no data network availible to the SIM/device.
