Default Problem with PIN = 0

Hi!

I have a problem trying to add a new account to a Nokia 9330 terminal. My BES runs on a Domino infraestructure. When we add the account, the PIN at the BES gets the value 0, and terminal doesn't have communication with BES. Someone knows what the problem is?
